3. Scope of Services

We provide brokerage and consultancy services by connecting clients with property owners, based on client requirements. We do not own the listed properties. Our role is limited to facilitating property searches, introductions, and basic support during negotiations.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

5. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Conduct independent due diligence before finalizing any transaction.
  • Pay agreed brokerage fees upon deal closure.

6. Company Obligations

  • Share property options based on available data.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and property owners.
  • Provide professional service to the best of our ability but without guaranteeing outcomes.

7. Fees & Commission

  • Brokerage is applicable on successful deal closure.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Mode of payment will be communicated during engagement.

8. Third-Party Listings

Properties are owned by third parties. We do not verify the title, legal clearances, or authenticity of listings. Clients are responsible for verifying property details independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Disputes between buyer and seller.
  • Fraudulent activities of third parties.
  • Title issues or legal disputes related to property.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing material, and communications are the intellectual property of Infinite Space Management LLP and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Communication & Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive property updates, promotional content, and transactional communication via WhatsApp, calls, SMS, and email.

12. Termination
